TVRiver.com utilizes cutting edge Voice-over-IP technology to offer subscribers an innovative, feature-rich and cost effective alternative to traditional telephony services. Using an existing broadband connection, TVRiver.com enables subscribers to make and receive phone calls while saving money.

At the same time, subscribers of the TVRiver.com’s phone service have the flexibility to receive calls anywhere in the world by simply taking their Tornado M10 devices (that comes with the service) while traveling and plugging them to any broadband connection.
In addition to mobility and flexibility, TVRiver.com’s phone service also offers the functionality of a typical office IP Centrex/PBX system with features like call-on-hold, call-transfer, 3-way-calling, voicemail etc.
Last but not least, subscribers do not need special technical skills to enjoy the phone service as it offers a truly plug-and-play experience.

The basic Subscription Package includes 100 minutes of Call Time to all Landline destinations in Bulgaria (all area codes except Mobile) and anywhere in US. All other destinations rates can be found at the Call Rates section of this page.

Each TVRiver.com subscriber has a number (extension) that can be called by Two-Stage dialing.
To call a subscriber from outside the network, Access Numbers will present a Second Dial Tone at which point the extension can be dialed.
Subscribers residing in US can receive phone calls originated from Bulgaria at the cost of a regular BG long distance (for the caller)
